You might not be aware of this but on the day of event there are various vendors and service providers involved; instead of you taking the pain to coordinate their functionality our coordinator ensures that everything is running smoothly and as planned and all the staff is working efficiently. Besides this, the event coordinator would help you to plan your event and get in touch with the right vendors. The event coordinator would try to help you with all aspects of your event. The event coordinator your assistant and help you to have a stress free event. Please note that event coordinator cannot be considered an event planner in full capacity. There is a dinction between an event coordinator and event planner; you can always hire Eden Gardens’ event coordinator as an event planner too.

If you’re the one in charge, you need to protect yourself in case someone has an accident and sues the venue or host. As a client, it’s your party and you are the one responsible during the duration of your event.

Having security on the premises during any event is a sure way to keep all guests safe and ensure peace of mind throughout your event.

After the event full cleaning of the facility is required (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and restrooms). This will be done outside of your rental time. Besides this, garbage and recycle also need to be disposed off as well as any items you may have brought into the space.

Yes. Eden Gardens will charge $800 per hour after midnight, i.e. 12:00 AM. Your event should still end by 3 A.M at the latest.

The maximum duration for the hall rental is 8 hours. Your event can start as early as 9 A.M.

Yes, you can but there is a fee. It is $100/table. Maximum number of guests CANNOT exceed 20% of the original stated count in your contract.

The maximum time for the setup is 4 hours on the same day of your event. Any extra time will be charged at $150/hour.

No. You can still request the management and if it’s possible, we might accommodate you.

Yes. Kitchen use fee for food warm up and serving is $200 (maximum use time 3 hours). Kitchen use fee for cooking is $400 (maximum use time is 6 hours).

It varies with the décor package. You would need to sit with the decorator and discuss your décor to come up with a price for your décor.

$18/hour for a server, $25/hour for a bartender, $25/hour for a security personnel

1 security personnel per 150 persons when no alcohol served. 1 security personnel per 100 persons when alcohol served. 1 security personnel is charged $25/hour. You will need to have security personnel during the entire duration of your event.

No, the bar is not included in the price. You can bring your own liquor but still required to use Eden Gardens’ bartender..

Yes. We have different varieties of dinnerware.

Yes but you are free to use outside catering. We work with different caterers and also cook many items in our own kitchen.

Yes. $200 for ice machine. It provided you with 20 bags and each bag carries 20 pounds of ice. $10/bag

The earliet you can come for the set up or to start your event is 9 A.M.

Almost all the event centers charge you for all these items. The only difference is that it’s already part of their overall hall rental. We only try to let the client know that what they are paying for. Our pricing is based on itemized break down and not on flat rate.
